Hello Family & Friends!

We are fast approaching Christmas & I imagine everyone is busy locating treasures to gift to their loved ones. But being overseas without family & life long friends has allowed me to concentrate on the real meaning of Christmas not just the commercial version! Which is a total blessing for a person who used to go “overboard” as my family put it. I absolutely love this time of year. Not for what I receive from others but for the joy I receive in giving to others. It reminds me of how God must have felt when He gave the greatest gift of all to mankind, His son Jesus. Clearly Jesus Christ is our Christmas miracle & continues to be a gift for all.

But I wanted to share with you the gift God gave me this Christmas season. As many of you know I have lived in Ethiopia without a car for 2 years. When I was home I prayed God would supply the finances to purchase a vehicle when I returned in November. As of just a few days ago I am now a vehicle owner in Ethiopia! I was able to purchase a used 2000 Isuzu Trooper 4WD! It is only because of your sacrificial giving that I was able to do this! Thank you! Now I will go further into the tribes & be able to spend quality time introducing & teaching them about Jesus! This gift from God is a testimony to his people coming together.
